Hesap ve Verileri Silme Talebi
Ortak Rehber hesabınızın ve hesabınızla ilişkili verilerin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz. Kimliğinizi doğrulayabilmemiz için talebinizi, mümkünse uygulamada kayıtlı e-posta adresinden gönderin ve giriş yönteminizi Apple veya Google olarak belirtin.

Talep sonrasında silinecek veriler

Kullanıcının yalnızca üye veya yönetici olduğu diğer kullanıcılara ait rehberler korunur; silme talebinde bulunan kullanıcı bu rehberlerden çıkarılır.
Silme işlemi, kimlik doğrulamasının ardından en geç 7 gün içinde tamamlanır. Silme talebiyle ilgili e-posta yazışmaları, işlemin tamamlanmasından sonra en fazla 30 gün süreyle saklanır ve ardından silinir. Yasal olarak saklanması zorunlu bir kayıt bulunmadıkça diğer hesap verileri tutulmaz.
Account and Data Deletion Request
You may request deletion of your Ortak Rehber account and the data associated with it. To verify your identity, send the request from the email address registered in the application whenever possible, and specify whether you signed in with Apple or Google.

Data deleted after a verified request
- Firebase Authentication user account
- User profile, name, email address and profile photo reference
- Memberships and administrator permissions in other directories
- Directories created by the user and the contact records in those directories
Directories owned by other users are retained when the requesting user is only a member or administrator; the requesting user is removed from those directories.
Deletion is completed within 7 days after identity verification. Email correspondence relating to the deletion request is retained for no longer than 30 days after completion and is then deleted. No other account data is retained unless retention is required by law.

Ortak Rehber, Google Firebase altyapısını kullanır. Kullanıcı kimlik doğrulaması Firebase Authentication, uygulama verilerinin saklanması ve kullanıcılar arasında senkronize edilmesi ise Cloud Firestore aracılığıyla gerçekleştirilir.
3. Rehber Verileri
Kullanıcıların oluşturduğu ortak rehberlerde bulunan kişi adları, telefon numaraları ve uygulamanın çalışması için gerekli diğer rehber bilgileri Cloud Firestore üzerinde saklanabilir.
Bu bilgiler yalnızca kullanıcının oluşturduğu veya erişim yetkisine sahip olduğu ortak rehberlerin çalışmasını sağlamak amacıyla kullanılır.
4. Kullanıcı Yetkileri
Uygulamada kurucu, yönetici ve üye gibi farklı yetki seviyeleri bulunabilir. Kullanıcıların görüntüleyebileceği veya değiştirebileceği bilgiler, kendilerine verilen yetkilere bağlıdır.
5. Reklam ve Veri Satışı
Ortak Rehber kullanıcı verilerini reklam amacıyla kullanmaz ve kişisel bilgileri üçüncü taraflara satmaz.
6. Veri Güvenliği
Kullanıcı verilerine erişim, uygulamanın kimlik doğrulama ve yetkilendirme sistemi üzerinden sınırlandırılır. Bununla birlikte internet üzerinden gerçekleştirilen hiçbir veri aktarımı veya elektronik depolama yöntemi tamamen risksiz değildir.
7. Kullanıcının Sorumluluğu
Ortak rehbere başka kişilere ait telefon numarası veya iletişim bilgisi ekleyen kullanıcı, bu bilgileri eklemek ve paylaşmak için gerekli yetkiye veya izne sahip olmaktan sorumludur.
8. Hesap ve Verilerin Silinmesi
Kullanıcılar hesaplarının ve hesaplarıyla ilişkili verilerin silinmesini bu sayfadaki Hesap ve Verileri Silme Talebi bölümünden isteyebilir. Silme kapsamı, doğrulama yöntemi ve saklama süreleri aynı bölümde açıklanmıştır.
9. Değişiklikler

Privacy Policy - English
Ortak Rehber is a mobile application that allows multiple users to view and manage shared contact and phone information according to their permissions.
Sign-In and Authentication
Ortak Rehber uses Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In for authentication. Basic account information provided by the selected provider, such as name, email address and, when available, profile photo, may be processed for authentication and user profile purposes.
Firebase Services
Ortak Rehber uses Google Firebase services. Firebase Authentication is used for user authentication, while Cloud Firestore may be used to store and synchronize application data.
Shared Directory Data
Contact names, phone numbers and other information entered by users into shared directories may be stored in Cloud Firestore. This information is used only to provide the application's shared directory functionality.
User Permissions
The application may include different permission levels such as owner, administrator and member. The information a user can view or modify depends on the permissions assigned to that user.
Advertising and Data Sale
Ortak Rehber does not use user information for advertising and does not sell personal information to third parties.
Data Security
Access to user data is restricted through the application's authentication and authorization systems. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
User Responsibility
Users who add another person's contact or phone information to a shared directory are responsible for having the necessary permission or legal basis to enter and share that information.
